This term connected algorithmic complexity directly with machine execution: Design and Analysis of Algorithms paired with Computer Networks and Introduction to Parallel Programming. It was also my introduction to Machine Learning, starting the research interest in vision and class imbalance that grew into my senior capstone publication.
